Joint Decision-Making Model for Production Planning and Maintenance of Fully Mechanized Mining Equipment

With the development of complex and intelligent sizeable mechanical equipment, conflict between maintenance production is becoming increasingly severe, restricting coal mine enterprises' development. This paper proposes a joint decision-making model for planning fully mechanized mining equipment to solve maintenance. Taking as research object minimizing total cost objective, we use Hybrid Genetic Whale Optimization Algorithm (HGWOA) optimize process equipment. We compared with independent by setting different parameters. The result shows that reduces 36.06% downtime rate 40.76%. It can better balance production, which great significance related enterprises.
